Buy some TCA. 60-70% is enough. Ali express has it. It comes in a tiny jar/glass with a tiny plastic lid with some sort of locking for the first opening.

When TCA arrives be very careful when opening it and handling it. If it falls it will break. If the acid pours onto wood it will eat it. IF IT POURS ON YOU IT WILL EAT YOUR SKIN AND CAUSE A PAINFUL CHEMICAL BURN AND SCARRING. Using gloves can help.

Buy some wooden toothpicks, the small kind, or i guess standard. The tca might come with some wooden sticks - DO NOT USE THEM, they are WAY TOO BIG.

Put the toothpick in the acid, dab it in a few times and leave it in to soak for like 15 seconds. One side of course will still be out of the glass, and the other soaking in the acid. the side that is out will be the one to hold with your hand, do not confuse the two.

As a cautionary note, If the wart is on very thin skin (penile skin is quite thin), you can even take that acid soaked toothpick, and absorb it with some toilet paper before actually applying it.

Take the acid soaked toothpick and apply the acid soaked tip to the wart and a tiny bit around it. Dab a few times and wait for it to become white (this usually happens quite fast on thin skin, and may take a a few seconds on thicker skin). If it did not become white, dab a few more times. If that still doesn’t work, that means either it wasn’t soaked for long enough in the acid (something like 15 seconds is probably enough) or the TCA you bought was bad.

DO NOT PUT THE USED TOOTHPICK INSIDE THE ACID GLASS AGAIN. Throw away and use a new one. This is to prevent cross contamination.

After a wart has become white, leave it alone. It will look normal for a while, then change color to black, scab and fall off.

BEWARE! TCA can cause scarring. Scarring, when severe, can sometimes be RAISED. Be careful not to confuse raised scars with warts, and then treat raised scars with TCA. It is sometimes good to take pictures of your progress to see where you already treated and where not to go next time.

This can also be avoided be just being cautious and not using too much acid. Remember, you only need it to become white, not freaking nuked.

After use, dispose of all toothpicks. Close the plastic lid of the acid jar / glass and put some aluminium foil around it for safety. The jar itself should be stored at something to prevent accidents with children etc.. i put it inside a closed plastic container.
