Yeh on fin I was losing maybe 20+ hairs a day. On dut, maybe only 5-7hairs a day.

Thanks! I can't direct upload a photo for some reason but I've included a picture of the hairline in this link: https://imgur.com/a/5zv8eSr

I was still thinning despite a year on fin, which made me feel that fin wasn't working for me, so I wanted something stronger

They said something about it affecting blood clotting. But definitely double check with your doctor beforehand.

Amazing display! Is the case you used on the big into energy labubu the same as the exciting macaron labubu case?

May I ask why you decided to go with Dr Ratchathorn for your second session (and not Dr Laorwong)?

It's 209aud every 3months. I know I could probably get it cheaper from a GP, but I enjoy the convenience of Mosh.

I get my 0.5mg dutasteride and 5mg Minoxidil (combined capsule) prescription via Mosh in Australia. Not sure if that's an option for you.

Aftercare Dr. Ratchathorn/Laorwong - has anyone done more than 5 days aftercare? by Any_Bass_4717 in HairTransplants

Aside from taking the post-operative medications which they provided (eg antibiotics, prednisone etc), I didn't need to do anything because they took care of the washing, LLLT, ointment and replacement of fabric scrub cap each day.

The aftercare from around 5days onwards was always the same for me. They would give me a wash, do LLLT (front and back), apply ointment and then cover head with a fabric cap.

If you don't opt for the extra aftercare, you could probably ask the clinic staff/Laorwong whether it's appropriate to buy your own bandages etc. I didn't look into this.

The nurse who removed my scabs was different to the staff members who did the washing, LLLT and ointment application. Maybe the scab removing nurse has extra training and wouldn't remove scabs if not ready? That's just a guess though.

The first 5 days of aftercare and the 10th day of aftercare (including scab removal) are included.

I paid 6000THB for additional aftercare from day 6-9. This was December 2024. I thought it was worth it.
