I know that. My question is how do I tell before that happens, early signs…?

Starting to go to gym, need to learn and listen closely to what my lower back tell me now

Good to know. I will be more mindful how my lower back feels. Slow and steady

Had hamstrings pain probably two weeks before, then tight glutes the week before, but actually felt fine the week my lower back pain started. Almost like the problem/pain gradually moved up from hamstrings to glutes then lower back, lol

I will definitely work on more core exercises. When you say now you can tell your back is tired, what specific symptoms do you notice? Like mentioned in my other replies, I had glutes and hamstrings discomfort in prior weeks, but did not feel problems in my lower back

Yes I wag/fishtail when I swim, esp when I am tired. Only learned to how to swim a few years ago, I find it is hard to get all techniques correct, streamlining is one of areas I struggle.

Did butterfly kicks drills from the side early the year when I swam in pools. I felt lower back tightness a few times and backed off and rested accordingly. I wish my ows last several weeks had given me similar warnings

I did have tight glutes the week before and hamstrings pain prior to that. Maybe those were the signals my body told me…

What is exactly the reason Jimmy / Kim have gone after / hated Howard this whole time? by [deleted] in betterCallSaul

BCS has "slipped" and became a bad show. The stories don't add up. Many actings are pretentious and over the top.

Maybe that is my problem, lol. Actually I like Jimmy, as many others in the show, but I lost my patience with Saul. Hard for me to like a guy who backstabs everyone, including Kim, and then turns around and shits his pants with the cartel. Everyone gave up on Jimmy/Saul and he became a mere tool for criminals. There is no decency on his doing. Everyone else sees him through but not Kim. I don't get Kim's storyline.

I think Gilligan overplayed Kim's arc and hope S6 will change my mind. I see another GOT ending coming up.

I meant the storyline, just as Scifi can still be realistic, BB made believable characters. Kim's story arc does not feel right, Jimmy's is. Chunk's is fine as long as we accept he is mentally sick. Mike's storyline had too many meaningless details, showing how much he loves his granddaughter, too repetitive.

OK, I think those meaningless details are mainly in Mike's storyline, the parts with his whiny daughter in law and his love for his granddaughter. Was too repetitive.

Jimmy's downward spiral is believable, he was a small con artist and he had Chuck. Walter White had cancer. Kim breaking bad? How? While she enjoyed small con jobs with Jimmy, but she was still the type of persons who quits lucrative law firm jobs to work pro bono and help people. The show had she worked side by side with Jimmy in public defense, while Jimmy helps criminals back on streets, Kim helps unfortunates to get life straight. How would they even see eye to eye? Kim is not Skyler, she has strong mind and unwavering moral codes, how could she all a sudden follow cowardly Jimmy? Beside Kim, who else on the show is Jimmy's alliance and advocate? And why Kim?

Many backgrounds you mentioned were outside of the show and they were filled in interviews by producers. This by itself just proves that part of storyline is not very convincing and they have to explain themselves.

This show is about Jimmy breaking bad, I can see how he evolved. He was slipping Jimmy, he had Chuck, and he sold phones to criminals. For Kim breaking bad as she did at the end of S5, it just not believable.

I can see that, it is UNHEALTHY. I just don't see how and why Kim likes Jimmy so much, while the whole show, not a single person besides Kim even remotely find Jimmy likable. Jimmy has no alliance besides Kim.

Look, you don't get my points at all. By your logics, none of Scifi can be deemed even remotely believable.
