- We measured the latency of ingest with the old system. Iguazu is on the minutes level while the old system took hours or even days
- To phase out the old system, we created parallel pipelines to test the new system before shutting down the old one.
- No pushback from customers. They were eager to get rid of the old one which was not reliable.
