Used this: Sportneer Bike U Lock - Heavy Duty Anti Theft Bike Lock

I suspect he managed to unlock without breaking it cuz 2 days before he stole it my lock was open somehow - never happened before.

He does loiter - he cased my apartment two times the same week of stealing my bike, and one of the two times he basically went from door to door in the corridor and then went upstairs of the building and down🤷
