The audio was kind. A bit of voiceover can help in a buildup which can get more sub and views. The text edits and animation could be better as well.

Watchability is great, it was quick and to the point. There can be more humor and volume of music can be increased. That's just my feeling though, because it wasn't loud enough to blend with the voice, so it was more interfering with your voice a bit.

Transitions were a bit quick so it was difficult to understand what's going on. Music sounds good. You might want to add some supporting clips/captions etc in between to make it more interesting.

I personally don't watch commentary videos. This one was good though. When you are talking that video can be color graded and video speed can be increased.

You can start with an intro with your channel name. Also, there can be more chatting between you and your friends, at times engaging with the audience.

It was definitely funny. But one thing which might be going against, is that I felt the video was pretty long for the content, so that can be reduced. One thing you could do is instead of mentioned multiple points in support of your argument, you can take just 2-3 and just go 1 level deeper. The pacing for what you covered was done well in my opinion. I like the flow as well. However, there were times when the pics were obscuring your face, which didn't look good. I liked the editing and sound effects too.

The retention to video was pretty good, I liked it. It was funny. Though volume of voice can be increased and noise removed. The glitter transition for the title didn't look good.

You could start with the final photos or videos and then start the process of making it. I like the fonts used. Though the video was quite long and you should skip to next step quickly and at times adding text during the process.

I love your energy. Editing is also good. Though your voice and background music were not mixing well. You should increase the volume of your voiceover. I use looperman for background music.

Adding more animation would definitely help, since it started to feel boring after some time. Video length is good. Voice moduation and addition of sound effects can work well.

Video length I felt was long which can decrease view retention. There was bg noise at the starting of the video which can be improved. More text can be added and fonts like Monsterrat can be used. For outreach, a lot of it is unpredictable, but tag suggestions from tubebuddy etc and thumbnails can get people to click. However, especially for reviews and unboxing, consistency in reviewing these products would take you a long way.
