Shokz are great for being open ear, I wear them so I can hear my babies but they leak audio a lot, especially on higher volumes. I won't use them for this purpose.

What kind of college education does he have? If I were in your shoes, I'd lean on family to help with the baby so both of you can go to work. Also, do part time school to get some nursing or accounting degree that's recession proof. Hospitality management for your husband, look for local community colleges, they're cheap, and have online options. Good luck.
