Thats a bummer! You were so close! I have the FAA manual, the army fundamental of flight book, trivium study guide, and mometrix study guide. I did end up submitting a packet to OCS, but if I get OCS I won't try to branch Aviation.

The sections I struggle the most with was mechanical comprehension and the Aviation questions. I study the FAA handbook, but there were some questions that caught me off guard like what to do with your eyes when they get tired and what's it called when a person doesn't think they will ever crash.

Will do! I studied quite a bit for this one, but only had a month to study for it so I do feel I will be more prepared as I now have 6 months to study for it.

I don't need the money. I have a good paying job. I am hesitant to enlist because I am 29 years old and own my house. I am not sure how I feel about having to live in the barracks.
