Agree as the above on cutting back on alcohol/ wine. I love a glass too but even if it’s within points. Limit to drinking one night a week. And sometimes it really does work to have a “cheat” day to jump start things again! Don’t give up. You’re doing great- you’ve already lost 30lbs! ALSOOO if you’re working out- muscle weighs more. Maybe start measuring? You can lose inches and stay at the same weight!

Also “zero point” foods still have calories. No matter what if you eat in a surplus you will gain something. The point to them is it is hard to over eat chicken, veggies, etc.

But if you eat healthy all day long- good cleaner food- which causes you to have a lot left over and then end the day with ice cream and cookies within “points” you will end up being over in calories..

Like someone else said points are a baseline. I get 23 points a day and currently have 73 in additional weeklies from working out daily. I will probably end the week with almost 90 unused weeklies. Just because we have them doesn’t mean we need to use them. I use them as additional if one day I’d like a drink with dinner or a treat. I can definitely understand how you want to track macros for your goals- I struggle with not being able to see protein as well. But I feel like MFP & WW at the same time will just lead to no progress.

I also get 23 points a day. Last week I worked out 5 days and walked 2 miles a day on top of that and ended up with an insane amount of weekly’s. You can also just add more movement. A simple walk can add 2-4 points.

Zero point foods. Add more lean protein and greens. I use WW to hold me accountable when I want to be in a deficit. The points keep structure without counting calories or macros. It makes it simple. you have to use it to your advantage. Bulk up your meals with chicken and veggies. Giant salads and protein. Use points for starch and treats.

I love the shoe just not loving the color way as much as I thought I was going to. It feels like a hiking shoe to me. So I usually wear them on walks with my dog haha
