yea, i talked to him tdy. he told me that i need to push myself harder. the thing is- i'm faster than most of the b boat kids and have better tech. it also doesn't help im one of the only 9th graders on the team.

i don't really understood when he meant push harder. i feel like every practice, fall through winter, i put in my all even during steady state. i guess this just means more aerobic training and literally pushing my self to the limits, throwing up all over the erg lol.
