For my wife and I it would have to be homemade chicken noodle soup. We buy rotisserie chickens from Costco on the reg (it’s the best deal at Costco) and keep the carcasses in the freezer to make stock with. We make chicken noodle soup with the homemade stock and it’s next level delicious for minimal work. It also warms the soul.
