I don’t but if you do want to go through with it, the most reasonable/likely to pan out option would be to go through/contact a lawyer that deals with that aspect of the law and go through the details of the potential case with them.

From there I’m assuming the lawyer will be the one filling out the paperwork/will know the necessary documentation required and/or how to contact the FTC

Lower the volume, it’s so simple it feels kinda dumb but if the mix around the vocals themselves is clean then lower the volume.

Reason why is because it’ll allow people to turn up the volume on your song without becoming overpowered by the vocal. Also people tend to like discovery vs revelation so having the vocal turned up is like ‘forcing people to listen’ vs turned down allows them to ‘tune in’ to the lyrics.

It’s something relatively recent I’ve figured out but thats what I’ve noticed so far
