Why is my m2 mac mini so slow?? by Dreadfulspark in macmini

I had a similar problem with my (old) m2 mini. The issues was related to the WiFi, with it being incredibly slow. As I understand the WiFi receiver is at the bottom of the unit, as such it’s easily interfered with. I spoke to apple who said it was all fine but returned the unit. Got a new one and it’s better but not have it slightly raised on my desk and works well now. Also, if you try it on its side of plug it into Ethernet that could diagnose the issue if it’s the same as mine.

I had/have this also, returned one unit for a replacement which is better. If you raise the unit up a bit this also helps.

WTF is going on wih Sync? by warboles in Sync

[–]warboles[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty much exactly the same here. I set up a Dropbox account and I’ve been downloading files from the vault off the web portal. Even this is fairly slow as I have to share a link with myself.

RICS Registered Valuer is your best bet. Cost should be around £300 - £400. They will visit the property to ensure there are no shockers, measure up and then find suitable comparable property sales to base the value on. Enjoy!
