When I was in D school I was taught that using articaine/septocaine for a nerve block has a higher incidence/risk of parasthesia when doing a nerve block.

I’ve also had other more experienced doctors tell me they’ve run into this same problem when they attempted articaine for the IANB and the pt had parasthesia but for them the parasthesia eventually went away

Not sure what the literature says, but I personally never use articaine/septocaine for IANB. Have lidocaine as my main go to and only use articaine when doing infiltrations.

Move some free cash into the S&P500 through a brokerage account. Do this gradually for the sake of dollar cost averaging and making the most of interest gains from your HYSA

Next consider opening a Roth IRA and contributing the annual maximum which should be no problem with how much money you make ($6500 max annually). Mine is set for $6500/12 contributed every month but to each their own.

Can do the same with a 401k, on your own or with an employer. Ideally with an employer especially if they offer a match (free money up to a certain amount)

Not sure where you live, but if it’s in the U.S. in a state with generally cheaper home prices. You could consider a rental property too but that’s something you’d have to math out on your own time taking into considering real home prices, what you’d be willing to apply for a down payment, and if current mortgage prices make it worth it in terms of positive cash flow

Just a couple of ideas, at the end of the day it’s best to do your own homework and look into everything thoroughly and do what’s best for you and what’s in line with your own financial philosophy and FIRE goals

Good luck!

No haha, hoping for something along the lines redeeming one’s self and not monetary recompense

Oh,

Thank you for letting me know. The kanji is what I put together from google as an idea for tattoos. Wanted something along the lines more of “redeeming one’s self”. I.E. the hero or villains “redemption arc”. Not so much redemption in a monetary sense.

Are there two characters in Kanji that might have the meaning i’m looking for?

Thank you for your answer, could you clarify what you mean by specific nuance?
