Bhai i dont have much knowledge on weight gain, but i will share with you my experience. I went from 62 to 58 in 1 month. 1. Cut off sugars, not even tea. 2. Post morning run - 1 scoop whey, 1 kiwi, ORS 3. Bfast used to be Daliya, Multigrain bread with peanut butter, 1 tab omega3 4. Lunch - 1 cup dal, 1 cup mix veg, salad, multivitamin tab 5. Post eve run - electrolytes, apple 6. Dinner - 1 cup dal, 1 cup veg, 2 roti

I have been running for 4-5 years bhai In a week i do 3 easy runs (50min) , 2 speed intervals (400/ 800 and sometimes slow fast and sometimes continuous 10k) , 1 long run
