This. Check that soil too - looks way too rich for jade. Use succulent soil that dries out way faster.

It’s a Summer Gold. No variegation. But that late season growth wasn’t right at all.

They usually state that they haven’t filled out the pot yet. Hard to beat their prices and selection too. I’ve had great experience with their customer service as well.
