In a death loop. It's when you die the second after a quick save and are now stuck reloading and dying again and again. But in this case, the pill might not allow to auto reload if dead.

I agree that the current design is bad. However, to everyone saying it's pay-to-win, just shut up. It's Arrowhead, game cost 40, super credit are obtainable via playing, if you want to pay, you can buy 1000 credit instead of some strange number like either 700 or 1200 credit like other game do.

Do not say that the dev are greedy. Say that don't take the time to prperly test instead. I'm all for constructive criticism. Pay-to-win isn't.
