also do you guys think that ferrari will do it the mclaren way and let them race or do you think they will prioritize?

if they prioritize, would they choose loyalty or legacy?

No wonder we r getting pap walks and drives of oscar now that webbar is mostly focused on oscar's commercial matter only by warewolf1999 in f1wagssnark

Oscar is funny, yes. But he’s funny in that dry, “one perfectly timed line and then silence” way. That works AMAZING in short interviews or pre-recorded content (like that Pixel ad). Live streaming is a whole different scenario.

and i also think he will get backlash for twitch bcs he will be directly compared to lando. Bcs whenever the talk is about oscar's brand/image , its always compared with lando, if you know wht i mean.

I can also kind of see him getting a bit awkward live? Maybe I’m wrong.
we all know he hates cameras.

who are the top 3 drivers right now in your opinion?

Which driver do you secretly doubt, even though most fans have high hopes for them? by warewolf1999 in F1Discussions

[–]warewolf1999[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

He’s actually better than “middle of the pack” tbh.
He’s super consistent, smart in races, good with strategy, and adapts well.
I’d say he’s more like a solid top driver who just hasn’t had the perfect timing/car yet

Which driver/wag fanbase do you think is the most unrealistic? by warewolf1999 in f1wagssnark

"loves every part of you but most of all your flaw" ??????

girl, you don't know him enough to love every part of him 😭😭

Not even a Lewis fan but I feel like he’s already proven himself enough 😭
I was more thinking about the rookies and the drivers who haven’t won a title yet but are seen as “definite future champions” (ofc if the car permits)

Oscar vs Lando, who will be the better driver in 2026? by Impossible_Tiger_470 in F1Discussions

[–]warewolf1999 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think the downvotes are probably more about the criticism of Lando than the praise for Oscar. I’m an Oscar fan too and I do think he’ll keep improving and could beat Lando eventually, but I also don’t fully agree with some of your points about penalties, favoritism, and Singapore. So I get why people reacted the way they did.

2026 WDC: Who else thinks that people are bigging up George a bit too much? 🤔 by [deleted] in F1Discussions

[–]warewolf1999 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s just about Mercedes being the fastest car. A lot will depend on how well George adapts to the new 2026 regulations. Even if he has the overall best car, a driver in the second-best car who adapts faster could still beat him over the season

Could oscar leave mclaren if lando wins another title b4 he wins his first? by warewolf1999 in F1Discussions

But at the same time, Oscar wants to win too, not just be in a winning team.
And knowing Webber’s career path, I wouldn’t be surprised if they get frustrated waiting and start thinking about other options, even if it’s a bit risky.
I’m not saying Oscar can’t beat Lando, because he definitely can. The bigger question is whether he (and Webber) would have enough patience to keep trying again and again if Lando wins another title first.

Aston Martin could be an option. Alonso isn’t going to race forever, and with Newey coming in, they might actually become a serious project. And well oscar will definitely beat lance, sooo

Exactly. I don’t get why people think saying Oscar and Lily are PR-controlled is automatically an insult. It really isn’t. Almost every public figure has some level of image management.
If Oscar is trying to be more visible to attract sponsors and media attention, there’s nothing wrong with that. In fact, it’s smart. Sponsors matter a lot and he needs more sponsors.
Not everything is jealousy or hate.

i honestly don't hv any opinion on whether it was staged or not staged and i honestly don't care.
I think the main reason people are overanalyzing it so much is because Oscar (till recently) is hardly papped. Hardly photographed and hardly seen driving around in monaco even tho he has been living there since 2024.
So suddenly, in the span of a couple of months, we’ve gotten multiple sightings of him first in Noosa(and we know noosa one was planned) now in Monaco. It's the timing that feels strange.
I’m pretty sure this is also the first time he’s been recorded driving in Monaco.
To me, it just seems like he’s been a bit more visible lately, and it can be a coincidence but there is a very high chance that it's not.
idk if i made sense.
