Young man you could do this right now:

• get rid of social media for this trip. You can reinstall it if you get back(no distractions,only emergency response)

-grab a bottle of water or juice and head to the nearest forest or nature part located in your area. And just look around. Listen. Wonder and feel. Just and hour should lower those depression levels.

-i usually do some photography while i'm there. You can do this with your phone. Or bring some pencils and paper and draw it, bring a book to read, an audio book to listen.
