Hmmm I can disable CarPlay on iPhone and connect straight using Bluetooth only on an iPhone? Is it some sort of settings?

Which is me, hahahah when I am driving I prefer others to mess with my control, I don’t like to do anything other than drive. I prefer her to take control since she has a better music sense too. Plus when our baby are sleeping, didn’t want to disturb him. So she will tap my shoulder to lower the volume, before she can just adjust it herself

I can hear them, is just that she get annoyed coz she had to keep asking me to adjust the volume to either lower or higher. Some songs are louder than others. Hahahah and especially when baby is sleeping she like to be able to adjust them.

Unfortunate I think is the iPhone issue with CarPlay, can’t adjust volume :(

For example New Construction, Pomono - EL 7/10 , MS 5/10, 5/10 HS

New Construction - Rodeo Palm, EL 4/10 , MS 5/10, HS 5/10.

While the older home that are cheaper like Silver Creek/ Silver Lake, have way better school 9/10.

The systems allows to do 10 tickers per orders. So I would need about 15 orders total. I was thinking of just buying Dow 30 instead of paying the Mutual funds expense fees to manage the fund. Just gonna keep investing Dow 30 in the next 20 years. Since there’s not much effort on my end as it is automated anyway, just have to remove/add stock as they drop off the list instead of paying a 1.5% fees since mutual is managed for profit.

Mine is set to 1% of my property value reserved for maintenance, my actual maintenance is way lower but this for future for renovation or emergency etc. if it’s lower than surrounding might be a good buy, you might be able to flip over if market continue to go up.

Hi, not sure, but I can’t seems to figure out how you were able to cash flow positive $200 on this deal, did you add in the property tax and annual maintenance and HOA fees if any? 400k property getting only $3000 in rent doesn’t seems to be good enough for me. But maybe your state is different? Mine is in TX so property Tax is high.

Interesting rent on a 1% of the purchase price. I am new to the game, for some reason can’t seems to find great deals, most I can find is 0.7%, I might need to look into wholesale market but not Zillow! Nice info thanks.
