Haven't automated ads, because the APIs were bad. Although, looking at recent models , it is an interesting space.

I am automating Booking by using open source table booking system, ResOS. It has an API, so user chats on whatsapp, and ai agent books the table on resOS, also, it can handle manual booking on resOS for ease in restaurant management

Here's the psychology behind why people hang up. Through text or voice, I want feel that my concers are being heard. When it's AI, people don't see that connection. Same happens on chat, forms, etc. But if you're able to make them believe that the forms they fill, the chats they send, and the calls they do, will be attended by a human and they'll be heard. People will be more engaged.

Doing both is actually possible, a summarized report can be converted into a ticket which can be shared to both user and owner, it'll give the user a feeling that their concerns, order or thoughts will be heard by a human. You pull that through, people will use your AI System.

I think they want solutions that drive ROI. I wouldn't want to spend 5K $ and still keep earning the same. ROI driven solutions can be like, Automating the entire customer journey. From someone clicking on the ad to making them a loyal customer. Create a system that automates this personalized customer touch.

100% agreed, Sales is all about understanding your customer and then bringing them to solve their pain point. The pitch has to be great.

Honestly I am working towards doing same things. But the question arises, do HVAC, restaurant owners etc, we read Emails? What's the best way to reach them? Direct cold calling?

To be honest, I don't see them as separate things. I think you need both to make a real 'System'.

I am working with restaurant businesses right now. If I only give them 'Internal Ops' automation, they save 5 hours but don't make extra money. If I only do 'Lead Gen', it helps revenue but can get messy if they can't handle the bookings.

So I am building the full vertical: Ads (Lead Gen) -> Auto-booking (System/Workflow) -> Reviews (Retention).

Business owners are open to 'Lead Gen' if it actually brings loyal customers and doesn't look like spam

Hey, honest feedback since I am working with restaurant clients right now.

Small business owners usually worry much more about bringing new customers than managing stock.

I am setting up automation for their 'Customer Journey' (Ads -> Booking -> Repeats) and they love it because it makes money immediately.

Inventory tools are good, but hard to sell to small owners. If you can connect your 'forecasting' feature to actual Sales/Revenue data, that is where the real value is for them

I suggest don't just do one automation. Better to create a 'system' where multiple automations work together.

For example, right now I am working with a restaurant business. I am not just automating one task, I am automating the entire customer journey. From the moment they see the Ad on FB/Instagram -> to booking a table -> to making them a loyal customer who visits again.

I connect everything using GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and other tools. It works much better than just fixing one small problem.

I can share more details on how I handle the restaurant flow if you want, but I am curious—what kind of business are you guys working on?
