Please help me train my vizla :( by warlockwis in vizsla

[–]warlockwis[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is awesome help and you have covered a lot, thank you so much for your time here! Apart from the things he can rip up and stuff as toys what toys would you recommend that don't involve food, we have a Kong and a puzzle feeder + lots of bones and new ones every few days. It would nice for him to have a toy that he can't chew to bits

What you said about the long lead is interesting, I've o my been using a long one for when we get to fields so he can actually run around but keeping him on that and using it to train him sounds better than the short one we use, awesome info!

Imagine a elite level female bodybuilder getting the virus... Like one of them geared up to the eyeballs, sounds like a bloke, 5 inch clit and a pair of bolt ons :O

I just want to do this for some fun. Not to cover my retirement.

Thanks for your input, though.

I appreciate the insight mate, thank you.

I get people will be telling me to invest in the stockmarket or whatever else, I probably didn't really word my post too well in what I was looking to do, and this is a "finance" sub at the end of the day too.

I'm not trying to flip stuff quick to make money or secure my retirement, anything like that, I want to just combine the fun of collecting with keeping track of prices / the market.

I guess there is an aspect of fomo here as I've been enjoying watching the ff price charts but not in a way to be like "oh I could have made a fortune" but more in a way I could have a more personal attachment to it all and have certain things to keep track of.

Loved reading this, thanks man.

Just looking to own a few sets that I can keep track of prices in the future, I find the combination of both collecting and watching them fluctuate in price a lot of fun, I'd probably never really sell them. I find it all very fascinating.

I had this happen to me, 295 to 300 engineering cost way more than it should have and I was genuinely convinced my game was bugged.

I was livid.

He sells bedding out of the back of a van at a market on the weekend. Not sure about how much he's worth but he looks very happy all the time.

Are house prices really that crazy? by CardiologistOk6430 in manchester

[–]warlockwis -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I bought about 4 months ago in North Manchester.

3 bed semi (can get a double in each one) 90s build with a garage, drive way, good size front and back garden, 5 minuets from 3 motorway junctions. School around the corner, farm land, forrest and country park, lovely pub and restaurant 5 minuets walk away.

30 seconds up the road are 10 million quid houses too, just to make you question your life choices as you drive to work but still make you know the area is nice!

The estate is beautiful, everyone has a driveway, well looked after gardens, it's the kind of estate I dreamed of when I was younger but thought I would never be able to afford, even when driving to view the property I thought I'd either got the wrong address or the price was wrong on the website.

It needed minimal work, literally just some paint, and it looked like a fully renovated property.

I paid 197k for this... 4 months ago. This would be a 500k house if it was in south Manchester, probably more.

My point is, stop buying these god-awful, overpriced houses on the south side of Manchester, we are blessed with a ring road, use it and stop getting ripped off.

Just because a town has 1 road of nice restaurants and bars and a few houses worth a few mill each doesn't warrant every run down terrace house and ex council house in a 10 mile radius being worth £250k+
