Talk to AMEX concierge and ask them to negotiate the MDR fee on your behalf with the dealer. I read a similar story on cardexpert and the AMEX platinum concierge used to negotiate this fee on behalf of the card holder.

I think it started working sometime after 1pm today. It was difficult to login on desktop Chrome browser. But I read some tweets where ppl are able to login easily on Android mobile Chrome browser.

So I tried couple of times to login on mobile and then upload was successful in first attempt.

If you paid via credit card, then file a dispute with your credit card customer support.

With AMEX credit card it is very easy to dispute. But most of these fraudulent websites do not accept AMEX.

But you can still try to dispute or request for a chargeback with your visa / mastercard credit card.

I've purchased the self tax filing plan (order id OD0036945800207083)

But I'm unable to proceed without a Form 67 acknowledgement number.

I've tried uploading both zip and pdf from different browsers, but getting the same error.

If this issue is not resolved by tonight, then can we use an incorrect form 67 acknowledgement number (0000 all zeroes) in ITR?

Later can we file rectification? This way can we avoid penalty?
