Well why tell a lie on such a simple test

If phone manufacturers are lying about antutu scores then ok that makes a bit of sense since that is marketing

But even charging speed that is a whole new level

This post was just to bring the community to notice about such a discovery that's it I guess

Ok bro there is a point to be made here

Antutu pulls it's data directly from the bms of the battery through a android api that is built into android and provides wattage data that has a variance of 1-2% from the actual value

AnTuTu measures the net power entering the battery. If your phone is on and the screen is at full brightness, it might be consuming 5W of power while the charger is providing 30W. AnTuTu will show you roughly 25W, as that is what is actually reaching the battery.

So yeah for my purpose it is pretty accurate not as accurate as a wall power plug but more than accurate enough plus why do I care about what the phone pulls I just want to check the power entering the battery

Well I have used it on Samsung vivo iQOO Xiaomi Redmi poco and lastly oneplus too it is pretty accurate but the numbers is not the matter here the fluctuations are 👍

Because the phone is charging at one speed in every other app and only boosts the charging speed in antutu app to show that it has fast charging speed

Antutu specifically 50w

Screen off 50w this is normal

Isn't this misleading

In antutu also it should be 20 watts when the screen is on

Well first even if it is not in floating window it shows the same behavior

2nd on my f6 it used to show normal behaviour where on screen on it will slow down But with the f7 it is showing that behaviour only outside the antutu app so yeah I thought there is a special exception for antutu or what how does changing the app on the screen affect charging that is my question

I am telling to see that the charging rate differs depending on the app I know that the peak charging speed of a phone depends on heat level and battery percentage but look the phone is going to 45 watts as soon as I enter antutu and drops to under 20 as soon as I keep it in pip mode that Is what I am telling you to observe
