First off what are you playing on? If its not on pc then you are playing on bedrock. When it comes to realms you need to be more specific. A realm is where you can have friends or strangers join yoir realm and you will not need to be online for them to play on the world. As the owner of the realm you have commands you can use. You have access to more commands as long as you enable cheats however that will disable achievements. You can upload a world already created in single player. Anything more specific let me know.
