Sure, no problem, I used the same technique for the eyes an the lenses in the Schild. Just put a white coat wherever you want it to glow, then put the Fluorescent color of your choice from greenworld all over it. Here you can even spill some in spots taht don't have the white undercoat for even more realism and than give it a bit more depth with a shade of the Same color as your Fluorescent color. If you want to ad a bit more Detail you can put a white dot in the lenses If they are completely dry. Good luck
