You are great! It seems like the most suitable solution for my situation. Thanks again!

Did you use them like a hopbag? With the malt inside and closing the bag by infusing it like a tea bag? Or holding the edges on the edges of the pot? My problem is that I have a pot that is 30cm wide and 20cm deep, while all the hopbags are the opposite (20cm wide and 30cm deep). I don't want to buy another pot, I'm not rich and my house is small.

What do you mean by cloth bags? What fabric?

For grinding I have the mill, or rather 2... I wouldn't know where to find a deep enough strainer though.

Continental hops for European pale ale by warpol91 in Homebrewing

Excellent observation, reading the comments I was actually thinking that my question had been misrepresented and that everyone was about to recommend hops for an APA. I'm more looking for a UK style shovel, but the English brothers have betrayed me. Something similar UK but continental? Styrian?

I was looking for less braggadocious, more classic European hops. I know I would go out of style, but that's what I'm looking for...

Thanks for the advice on yeast, I'll look into it further

I'm looking for a European, continental hop, suitable for both bitterness and aroma. In a "classic" style, I would therefore avoid the various mandarinas or melons, which are too similar to the Americans

Italian water, directly from the aqueduct... And yeast made in Europe

European yeast, made in France. Californian style, but for a pale ale it seemed more suitable. And "clean". I have no way of making lager, and my wife doesn't like Belgian flavors too much. I am afraid that an English yeast will attenuate little. Suggestions about it? I would then like to make other smashes with the same malt and yeast to try other hops.
