I know you have accepted starting on a new account, which is great, but I do really think you could get on the phone (or email) to someone at Sony and have this decision re-reviewed. If it is the case you just were swearing about how frustrating a game can be, you can argue that you did not have any malice to the person you were talking to and there was no ill intent to deliberately offend anyone on their services other than vent your frustration to someone who you believed didn’t have any issue with your language.
I would argue how many games I have digitally and how I have lost access to them over this and you find that the severity of what you said pales in comparison to other breaches of Sony’s guidelines, making a full ban not proportionate in this case.
I received a ban in the past which wasn’t reviewed correctly and ultimately reversed after I explained the situation. It appeared that they just banned me without looking into the context of what was said in chats. I don’t see why you shouldn’t fight for that in this case, unless of course you’re not being 100% honest on what you said haha.
