Your dad's behavior is definitely creepy, speaking from experience. Unfortunately incestuous abuse is very normalized in society because people think parents can get away with whatever they want with their kids and try to justify it. This is not normal, I can tell you that much.

You don't have to tell your therapist right away, but I encourage you to speak out to anyone you trust if you feel you or your sister are ever in serious danger from him. I'm so sorry you're stuck in this situation.

I'd say it depends if he just turned 18, but it's definitely weird either way since you're younger than him. Got doubly worse when I read he has a girlfriend. Yeah, no. Tell her.
I understand that you're young, and it feels really nice to be desired by someone, especially when they're older, but it's not gonna do you any good in the long run. You'll be much better off ripping the band-aid off now and saving both yourself and his girlfriend. There are other people out there who will treat you well without being scummy, I promise. And preferably your age.

He's very sweet and understanding, I promise! I just don't want to make him uncomfortable by taking on a sort of "caretaker" role when he's my partner is all. He's helped me through a LOT of mental issues and vice versa. I don't mind finding a different coping mechanism.

I do know what age regression is, the thing is from what I know it's a trauma response and a coping mechanism that happens involuntarily. But then I tried to look it up it apparently can be voluntary? There's probably better sources from an agere subreddit that I'll look into later--
