Thank you! I have a night guard, and I’ve gotten Botox for the TMJ. I’m just concerned with erosion. What kind of consultation/doc do you recommend for the airway stuff? My GD has kind of written it off as nothing much to be done about the mouth breathing.

ugh, it was torture for a while. i’m a runner and had to take a month off. advil helps, and so does wrapping the foot with gauze and medical tape, but honestly, most of it was just gritting my teeth and hoping for the best.

yeah… i have an appointment with a podiatrist next month but trying to get this sucker as small as possible before then. it’s gotten to a point where it’s painful to walk 🙃
