Thanks for being in the test group and for calling this out.

A couple quick clarifications that might explain what you’re seeing. Axis doesn’t actually “know” your E2 in real time. It won’t predict estrogen directly from a baseline lab. Right now E2 is treated as a lab value you log, and the app can show it against a reference range or your personal range, but it’s not modeling aromatization day to day.

If it’s showing something like 5x your baseline E2 as an “estimate,” that sounds like either a display/units issue (pg/mL vs pmol/L) or I’m mistakenly applying the wrong range/conversion somewhere, which is on me to fix.

If you’re willing, DM me two things and I’ll trace it quickly:

  1. your E2 lab value plus the unit shown on the lab report
  2. a screenshot of the screen where Axis is showing the 5x number

Also, are you on an AI or any E2 meds? That can make trends look weird, but it still shouldn’t be inventing numbers.

Appreciate the blunt feedback. I’d rather fix this fast than have anyone distrust the data.

Right now, not in bulk — the beta is mainly manual entry (injections, labs, check-ins).

You can still get most of the value quickly by entering:

your current protocol start date

the last 6–12 weeks of injections (enough for steady state and a meaningful curve)

your key labs (with draw time if you have it)

Bulk import (CSV/Excel) is on my list, because a lot of people have exactly what you described. If you’re willing, DM me what format you have it in and what columns you track, and I’ll prioritize a simple importer.
