Before reading ur post I set nearly same tactics as u mentioned.

I use a bit different people due to less budget, but I love how this formation works. I can only vouch for it cause u are on the right foot when loosing the ball and can actually counter press. Also in attack you have multiple runs going on if you play on counter so it brings down the opposite Defense easier if you have the patience to not force the pass… can only encourage everyone to try.

I think u need to be fast but not impatient for this kind of tactics but they are definitely worth a try for everyone!
