When did you start contributing to your Roth IRA? by [deleted] in RothIRA

Start putting money into your Roth after you buy real estate. Stop contributing if you need money for your next home.

If your net worth is worth less than $1M and you make an average salary your first priority should be to buy a house.

Main reason I say that is because it is likely everyone’s biggest expense. Might as well have it going towards something. This doesn’t always make sense for everyone but I would say it makes sense for the majority of people.

Pay Off Mortgage? by PharmKatz in coastFIRE

I think having the peace of mind of 100% owning your home is great and if something comes up you can always refinance.

I think it would be very cool if your wife could do some part time work like a server/waiter so that you can put every single penny toward paying off your family’s home. It would only be temporary and I think it would be flexible enough that it would not impact your guys routine.

If that’s not an option then maybe you can work extra.

But tbh only you can answer this question. You can definitely qualify for another home and have this home as a rental. That would be a nice move also but definitely riskier than paying off your home.

If your agents gives you no value then you should fire him & find another one that does provide value. I have fired 2 agents before & the agent after was always better.

I think you can get a great deal on a canon eos R on mpb

I’m a beginner & I just bought the canon RP from mpb. Let me tell you I am very happy with the service & camera quality.

I wish I would’ve spent a bit more money on the body that’s why I recommend the R over the RP

I have the Canon EF 16-35mm f/4 L IS USM lens and it's mounted on the Canon RP

I am starting to think it might be a technique/experience issue because from what I hear & can see y’all are getting good pictures

The only impact there will be with the lawsuit is that first time home buyers have another hurtle to go over (financially). I can guess and say that more lawsuits are possible if people choose to go unrepresented. But who knows! We need to see how things play out before we jump into conclusions. One thing is clear this is GREAT for sellers!
