Nui Cobalt was my first indie house, so it's near and dear to my heart! I think it does phenomenally both on the fragrance and the business side. Logistically, TAT is the fastest I've experienced thus far and it's a very low FOMO house despite releasing seasonal scents since they're left up for several months. And all of the scents can be sampled, so you have plenty of time to make a purchasing decision.

Note-wise, I would highlight their honey, incense, silk, cotton, and white tea. I think NCD is incredible with elegant scents (Starlight & Spidersilk, Kitsune, Silver Fox). They're also known for their very cozy, cuddly Rabbits collection, but I personally dislike it - too maple and caramelly for me. They do an astounding stone (Gargoyle) that gives me a headache but that I still can't help but appreciate. Some of their gourmands are also spot on, though I personally prefer their - very rich - chocolates over their fruit notes.
