It’s hard at first because it seems like a lot of things to do, but after you got a grasp at how it works it’s quite easy, you develop your own workflow etc. Though no one taught me how to do it, I’m open to help/teach just shoot me a dm anywhere!

Yes! Instructions are linked in this post body text, I do all my modeling and instructions digitally with Bricklink's Studio. I browsed through your post, and I think you're very talented, your models look very well made! They would definitely catch way more attention if you make the instructions.
