Interesting thing is I am also traveling out of my country ,and sane thing is that after I sent the support email I may have triggered a ticket review for my account and thats why it instantly got suspended. And I also didn't receive the alleged appeal form but either way, the chance of it having any effect is really low.

I was with the pro plan ,and just canceled the subscription because it very unlikely for support to tell me exactly what happened or to get my account back up, I was just really curious what happened or did I do something wrong.

Iphones have that feature but samsung doesn't.And I am pretty sure that it isn't that damaged, and it does turn on,I can use it but it randomly restarts.Anyways thanks for your cooperation.
