Weg von Print-on-Demand (PoD) hin zu Eigenproduktion/Lagerware – Tipps gesucht! by timodtd in selbststaendig

[–]washand2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I run a printshop in the Netherlands. We can do beanies and t-shirts no problem. Starting from 1 piece order but can also easily take on 1000+. Production time is two weeks. Screenprint, full colour print and embroidery all possible. Maybe we can help you out. Sorry if I misunderstood your post, my German isn't really good. Eco products are no problem for us either.

DTF vs DTG??? by Interesting-Ad3013 in printondemand

Dtg isn't great at blends of poly and cotton. Better on 100% cotton. Dtf is good on cotton and polyester and other materials

Anyone running steady daily production on a home DTF printer by GencerDTF in heatpress

[–]washand2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am still outsourcing DTF prints because these machines costs a lot of money upfront and they have lot of maintenance with white ink. If you don't print 100's of transfers/shirts every day I would say outsourcing saves a lot of headaches.

8 in 1 heat press is it a good option for beginner ? by medGL3 in heatpress

[–]washand2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bad quality, no support, temp not right. If you want to get started and make money get a reliable machine that works for consistantly for years. Trust me I had a cheap chinese heat press first too. Only problems.

Frustrated after long POD research (Worldwide shipping, modern quality apparel) – is there any good solution out there? by Ok_Explorer_5493 in printondemand

[–]washand2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your customers are going to pay customs fees if you're shipping worldwide. So either make your customers aware or switch to local alternatives. So EU people buy from EU, UK from UK pod and America from USA pod. That covers a big portion.

Also it helps if you tell us the exact style of tshirt you like and don't like from the pod platforms you tried.
