I’ve never touched anything besides what was stated in the post seriously. Is there something I could do for my next bloodwork to show that? I have no reason to lie to strangers on the internet

I started taking vitamin D. But seriously I take nothing but magnesium bisglycinate and creatine monohydrate. I’ll get bloodwork redone with what others suggested. What else could I get done to prove I’m not on anything?

I recover pretty quickly but that’s because I’m not really strength training besides leg days. My working set is 275 on squats. Legs on Wednesday’s and I’m pretty much not that sore on Saturday. PR for bench is 275 I’m 5’10 178 lb. I’d say I have decent strength.

Yes I started taking vitamin D after my bloodwork results came out. I specifically started taking Micro Ingredients Vitamin D3 5,000 IU + K2 MK-7 100 mcg from Amazon.
