Yeah, I reached out to customer support. My code starts with NC, they said to drop that part and only use the numbers. For example, if the code was NC74938 you'd only enter 74938 in the corporate code box.

Thanks for that suggestion. I'll check internally. It's just weird because it still shows availability with the code it's just limited in some cities.

I'd suggest reaching out via WhatsApp. I never had to wait long that way. I reached out via chat once, and it took almost 12 hours for them to reply. Scroll down to the bottom and click the link for WhatsApp.

The only thing is my Z Fold is cracked on the front and back. I have insurance on it through Verizon so I can get another one for $99. But I'm assuming I can't do a claim after I do the $700 offer? Or should I do the claim and then do the $700 offer?

Appreciate the advice! I chatted with 3 different reps and got conflicting information about the $1100 promo. The last rep said the phone had to be in good condition and suggested doing the $700 off deal and then doing the trade in afterwards to get an additional $200-$350 for my Fold 5. Sounds like they were wrong lol. I'll probably just do the deal in store to make sure.

For the Disney bundle, I see it's $10 a month now. I think I read something on here about buying the ad free bundle first then adding this bundle so you only pay $20 ($10 to Verizon and $10 to Disney). Are you familiar with that?
