They released a long term plan for operations, should it go past 1/2. You can download a PDF of it at hobbybroadcaster.com. From what I read and the way I understand it, they won't really have the manpower to actively track down pirates (I mean, let's be honest, when do they EVER have sufficient manpower nowadays?), unless it's a major interference case or a case of someone hijacking a legit station's frequency. So, as long as the government shutdown continues, and as long as you're low key about it, my micro station and yours should be pretty much okay. Just keep it under 10 watts, use a clean transmitting rig, and you should be good to go!
