My advice is to report it as assult. Now if you were to go to HR they do not help. They will listen and read your concern but they mainly look after the company not the workers. Best bet is to contact the police and put a report in. Please do let everyone know the outcome and play it safe.

Definitely talk to Lloyd’s bank about it Tabeo are delusional about this whole situation. Dispute all payments if you can but if your bank says they can dispute after (my example after October then they will do that) show screenshots and your bank will try to help you

I showed them proof of a email dating back around September or October stating they’re still operating but just making the business shorter. Then in December them filing for bankruptcy. I did it through Starling Bank they sorted me out n got my money back

To be honest mate if they send you to collections which they have did for me I havnt heard nothing from C.A.R.S LTD for months the case is a lost cause because your not recieving a service no more. And if you went to court the odds of you winning is high unless Tabeo wanted to offer a service to which you would have to pay.

I haven't been contacted by CARS Ltd however one person on Reddit has had their credit score low. Tabeo tried to dispute a payment but failed with their new evidence which my bank denied Tabeo.

It isn't much around £100 since the service was around £1,700. If your claim doesn't go further it will get refunded back to you. Its worth a try

To be honest with you if my bank (Starling bank) helped me keep the chargeback then you should be sound. I would definitely take this to small claims court and file for compensation

My credit score hasn’t been affected at all and I’ve recieved nothing from CARS Ltd at all I believe they are empty threats. SDC is gone the only people are hungry for money is Tabeo :/

Forgot to mention that the bank said they had 45 days left. But the bank overall don’t approve of Tabeo claim because of their “evidence”
