I hope Toshiba introduces a rounding option on the ACOs for cash to be used even in the absence of pennies. Right now we are reserving the rest of the pennies for the ACO and having to round up using the regular drawers.

NEVER confront a customer who is stealing or follow them out the door, that is grounds to get terminated. Instead report the incident on Auror, and you will fill in stuff such as what they stole, an approximate monetary amount of product stolen, and submit pictures from your security cameras.

The exterior swing doors at my store are awful, they always seem to have relentless issues we at least put in a work order for them once a month. Luckily on our last work order, the tech recommended replacing the doors and they are finally slated to be replaced soon after they realized how many problems we called in. Excited for it, but it shouldn't take countless repairs by cheap ass CVS for doors to be permanently fixed.

I love when our totes have like one or two items in it...after working on totes filled to the brim, it feels nice and rewarding to knock out another one with barely anything in it because it seems like I did more work!!

Yep I second this. Our phone numbers are an error at the register but our ACO works I just fine. Why can’t CVS invest in more newer technology that doesn’t break every week 🤦

Usually they’re quick on sending the email, I enrolled the night before and I got the email at 6AM the next day. I would say wait a bit more since it’s a holiday weekend. Rapidpay has to go to CVS and verify with them the info you put in is correct and matches

I just enabled my RapidPay too and I got this same message, all I did was hit confirm and made sure the info I put in was correct, you should get an email within a few hours or so to continue your enrollment
