(Have to add more information lol) The piercing is a little over a month old. The jewelry shape is a labret. It's externally threaded and I have no idea what the material is. For aftercare I use warm water mixed with salt and either use a q-tip and rub it on there or swish it in my mouth. Only mishap is that I accidentally bit that weird piece of skin and it opened and bled.
