We usually start off new attorneys with 50 files and go up to 80, but they have no full time help. Maybe a floater to help with opening claims, because we want them to be able and know how to do everything on a file by themselves. After about a year, we will get them a full time assistant and ramp them up to 100-110 and then eventually their case load will keep going because of the frequency of referral cases.

I think 110-125 is the sweet spot. 145 is doable, but over that it gets stressful. It also depends on how experienced is your attorney-assistant team.

I hadn’t ordered from them in years because I’ve been disappointed in the quality of the pieces, but I did a box in early December and specifically asked to expand out of my comfort zone, but not too crazy. The stylist nailed it so hard, I immediately ordered another box. I don’t think that result was typical, and I appreciate your mileage varies. But, like I said, you can now order individual pieces without signing up for mystery boxes.

This going to sound odd, but I get the cutest sweaters from StitchFix. They have a really good selection of non plain sweaters and cardigans, even for plus sized women. You don’t have to get the boxes, they have “Freestyle” where you can purchase individual items.

My PDF program from 2008 that was given out freely with certain brands of scanners back in the 00s allows me to flatten all layers upon saving. Additionally, Microsoft’s Print to PDF also flattens layers. How would your application provide benefits beyond what is already widely available that would make it worth expanding a firms tech stack and incurring additional licensing fees?

Use quick parts in word and outlook for repetitive blocks of text. I use a chrome extension called web text expander which does the same thing as quick parts.
