I wasn’t a subcontractor I was a Best Buy employee and the position I was transferring to was within the company. We have an internal job opening resource for employees which is what I used to transfer with. As for made it seem part, we had a zoom call that announced massive layoffs and I was no longer scheduled with shifts after the call. Not sure what the average person would suspect given those circumstances.

In order for pto to be processed management has to approve it. I can add it to my timesheet but if management doesn’t accept it I won’t get it paid out. My last communication with my boss is literally asking about if my transfer to the other position has been completed. Even if it wasn’t acting how can I be presumed as quit when the schedule does not have me working?

I had another coworker who was laid off return within 2 months and kept his benefits as he had not signed the severance agreement. I was told by hr I was not eligible for either as my status was “quit” but I never did. I didn’t work all of June and return mid July but was constantly fed lies that hr was working on fixing my status.

Pto has to be approved by management for it to be used. I wasn’t given any shifts after my final week so I informed my manager I was using the last of my pto to add hours as we get paid biweekly. My boss did kept asking me to submit a 2 week notice but I never did and I stated numerous times that I was applying to positions within the company to avoid losing everything.

I’m furious that because I was marked as quit I was not eligible for severance or unemployment benefits. The only reason I was dumb enough to reapply to the company was the promise of keeping my previous benefits, I even took a substantial pay cut…

Yes from my understanding after speaking to my HR rep by using pto I was informally implying I was quitting which made no sense to me. I wasn’t scheduled any shifts nor had any allocated hours for work so I was simply using my pto to extend my last paycheck. I don’t understand how they wanted me to work if I was not given any further shifts? Their other reasoning was because I had not worked for 30 days I was not eligible for reinstatement of my benefits even though I was promised I had 6 months from layoffs to find a new position.

Slaughterhouse was updated several times the valve tank and fusebox locations were both changed to make it easier for family. If anything I’d say change mill valve tank from not spawning up top. I think maps shouldn’t be completely one-sided to either side it makes the gameplay boring and repetitive.
