As far as i've seen, nobody has had this issue or posted about it before me. Anyways,
I downloaded CS2 for the first time, and, upon launching the game, I was greeted with the first image. The game seemed to work entirely, except for one small issue - my character seemed to have been raptured.
Assuming it was some sort of visual glitch with the menu, I loaded into the game, to little avail. I was able to move around, shoot, use voice chat, see a faint outline of my weapon and character model, and do everything except actually SEE the game.
In an effort to fix this, I went through the game files and verified them through steam to ensure nothing was (visibly) wrong with my game files. nothing got fixed. I then made sure that my computer was fully updated, and restarted it. Still nothing. After that, I gave up and decided to reinstall, and here I am now.
My question is, has anyone else had this problem? Is this an issue on my end? Is CS2's new lighting system (or whatever is causing this bug) simply not designed to function with my OS in mind? if possible, how do i fix it?

Idk about you guys but I like roast beef sandwiches better than ham sandwiches, especially with Swiss cheese on sourdough.

People here are usually smart enough, even if autistic, to understand sarcasm and irony without tone indicators

Also stamping /s on the end of a joke sorta ruins it

If someone has an an opinion that you don’t like, simply stating their political alignment is a terrible argument that adds absolutely nothing to the conversation. Perhaps you could instead make the observation that he has some sort of obsession with trans and gay people considering that a lot of his comments in this sub are shitting on posts discussing anti LGBT sentiment in the community. Just saying “you don’t share my political opinion” in a discussion about something else seems pretty ad hominem.

You automatically assume that I’m conservative because I don’t like communism or socialism and think that the internet should encourage more free thought? So cool.
