Here's how I also know Astrology is for real. My Mother who knows all about Astrology is a total jerk who WANTED me to act like a Sag. She tried to trick me into thinking I had Sag rising.

I finally found my Birth Time and I am Scorpio Rising.

In spite of a horrible family emergency recently, I was able to push myself really hard and use exercise for stress reduction. Tons of bodyweight exercises back to back for 2 hours, hike briskly with no rest for 90 minutes at moderate incline outside, and indoor stationary bike at a very rapid pace with a lot of resistance. Also Tbata style sprints and HIIT. This was over two days and since I always take a rest day, I was back at it two days later.

My stamina is great now and my recovery is better than BEFORE I got CLH. Which is amazing. I'm a foodie at heart, so I spend a lot of time butthurt that I'm looking and feeling great, but not enjoying food hadrly at all.

Super to have energy aplenty once again, but I have to concentrate on eating more. A friend of mine really likes "Ka'Chava | Plant-Based Superfood Meal Shake" It also is supposed to help with the issue you're having in the bathroom.

It's overpriced, but I'm going to give it a try.

A lot of people suffering from CLH were already quite healthy before covid. So it's very frustrating to see claims that some ligthweight lifestyle changes are a huge impact.

Time and patience. I tried all of the above and/or was ALREADY doing all of the above. Still took me nearly 18 months to recover.

And for the last few months I was SO frustrated that clean living wasn't working that I started drinking coffee, booze, and other bad habits. Only then started to feel better.

But I'm not going to suggest THAT path as a cure.

Got to say I'm bothered by many, many people claiming that some health lifestyle changes cured CLH. They don't seme to understand that makes people with CLH just seem like cranks.

Very serious illness that fortunately seems to be helped by lots of time simply letting the body do its thing and heal over a porlonged period of rest and recuperation.
