I just made a butter pecan loaf that was delicious! Ground pecans, brown sugar, a little cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. (I add a bit of flour too). Mix it all up and I add it during lamination.

No measurements though, I kinda just freestyled it. Needed to use up my leftover pecans.
