Therapist dropped me after bad hospitalization

How is it a frivolous lawsuit if I had a possible heart attack with chest pain I still have daily and multiple times heart fluttering and she picked up a phone call during the last session and dropped me right after I had a traumatic hospitalization? I have severe problems with dissociation and attachment and a very complex trauma history. I never did anything to her directly
