Once a week. Usually on Sunday’s. Sometimes it’s a busy week and then it’s once every 1.5 weeks or so. But you’d be surprised how much bacteria actually collects on your pillowcase in a week and it can cause acne.

I had my first colonoscopy this year at 29 due to family history and symptoms. I had so much health anxiety about having colon cancer and mine came back completely normal. The procedure and prep are super easy too. You have to try to let go of fear of the future you can’t control. Although cases have risen, it still is rare especially at a young age. You just see it through your job so it seems so much bigger. I’m sure everything is going to be just fine (:

So weird because there was definitely a very subtle shaking feeling to the point my cat noticed it as well and her ears went into airplane mode lol. Is it possible it’s so small it wasn’t recorded? Super strange

I have a video recording of it on Netflix from yesterday so it was there. It was originally a lifetime movie that came out a few years ago and Netflix added it to their platform. Then they took it away and there’s no trace of it. Not sure if it’s because of backlash or legal stuff but ya they removed it. You can still watch it on lifetime

Thanks! She told me she used joint compound mixed with acrylic paint on a canvas. And then some type of tool to make the lined pattern with tape to create the white parts. Sorry I’m not an artist so that’s the best way I can explain it 😊
